After 4 years of high school, 4 years of college and 4 years living and working in Los Angeles, they are so excited for what the future holds. 

Post grad, they began their adult lives together in Los Angeles in 2020. They’ve traveled countless places, hosted many friends, and grown even closer with each other’s families. In May 2024, Bryce planned a surprise European vacation where he proposed in London. It was a far cry from their first date, when Emily’s mom drove them to the movies in her mini van. They feel lucky to have experienced so much of life together and know that whether they are at the Cinemark Theaters in West Plano or at the top of The Shard in London, being together is what matters most. 

Throughout high school, between tennis matches and basketball games, they began to appreciate how special their relationship was. Their lives continued to grow together in college, despite the distances they faced: from Austin to College Station, London to College Station, New York to College Station...let’s just say Emily was always on the move and Bryce was her constant. 

Bryce and Emily met in 2011, at the beginning of the 8th grade, after the Craycraft family moved to Dallas. While they were friendly that first year, their young love story didn’t begin until 2012 when Bryce asked
Emily to their freshman year homecoming dance. All it took was a multi-colored basketball that read “HC?” and a bedazzled turquoise dress, and they were off to the races on a 12 year adventure.
